We took over ownership on November 15, 2007, and have 2 chefs on board, Kari Wehri and Mike Jacobson. We are continually adding new items to the menu that feature homemade items.  Our salad bar boasts homemade soups and potato salad.   Speedway offers daily lunch specials Monday - Friday.   On Monday we feature liver and onions.  Friday is our Side Pork specialty.
